I've been dealing with an old commercial glass door that wouldn't close all the way. This was a problem as we had to constantly get up and manually close it. I truly didn't know who to call so I will tell you it was such a relief to find Precision! The tech, Jeff, has been amazing, he knows his stuff. My assessment was for a LiftMaster Dual Swing Gate operating system (not a garage door). I knew what was wrong with my gate opener before Precision came out, and Jeff confirmed it. He showed me many pictures and advised someone would be getting back to me shortly with pricing and a scheduling date to get the installation completed. I was advised by the call center that the technician (Jeff, not Scott) would arrive with a complete set of LiftMaster parts (transformer/motherboard and full system if needed. That was not the case. Jeff did a great job of explaining the process and answered any questions I had.

EXCELLENT RESPONSIVE SERVICE!!! Called at 830 AM about broken spring on garage door. Nathan was scheduled between 12 and 2 that day but showed up a half hour early. Very nice and knowledgeable person and was done in under an hour. Price was also very competetive as well.
